Visit Hartland Devon and the surrounding villages and stay in bed & breakfast, hotel or vacation rental accommodation provided by BedPosts members.
Hartland was formerly an important town, but is now a pleasant village 3 miles inland from Hartland Point, within easy reach of spectacular coastal scenery. St John's Church, built in 1839, contains one of the earliest pendulum clocks in Britain, made by John Morcombe of Barnstaple in the 17th century. The parish church, 1½ miles west at Stoke, has one of the highest towers (128 ft) in Devon.
